I fall asleep every time I use the recordings. What should I do ?

My suggestion regarding your falling asleep when using the recordings is to try using them at a different time.  People have been more successful using them at a time when they are more awake (e.g., morning.  Also, you might want to keep making yourself progressively less comfortable during your practice (changing positions — using a chair instead of a bed, etc.) until you can practice without going to sleep.
