I can recall just short moments of previous lives. Will that help me?

Just like in traditional psychotherapy, when traumas are remembered, symptoms are alleviated. The remembering of “just short moments of previous lives” is often enough to give the person insight into his or her present life and to open that person’s mind to the possibility of soul survival, reincarnation, etc. It can produce a change regarding serious therapeutic issues, but in those cases it is more common to explore the memory in more depth in order to effect change.
