About the CDs
Dr. Brian Weiss has recorded a series of compact discs (CDs) in which he helps you discover and learn techniques of meditation, healing, deep relaxation, and regression.
Each CD has two tracks – one with a meditation and one with a regression. The CDs can be used in any order. Some people like using the same CD over and over. Others like the variety of two or more CDs. All three CDs have some soft background music.

from Dr. Weiss:
I want to thank you for your interest in these CDs. They are the same ones I give my patients so they can practice meditation and regression between sessions. Many report achieving deep levels of relaxation and having wonderful regression experiences. I decided to make these exercises available to the public so that more people can avail themselves of the benefits of meditation and regression. Some people have rich and meaningful experiences the first time they use them; others need more practice. I suggest using the CDs regularly to open oneself to deeper levels of relaxation and more profound experiences.
The CDs are easy to use. Just find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for approximately thirty minutes. Let your mind be free and open to all possibilities. You will feel very relaxed and peaceful if you follow the directions. At any point you are free to open your eyes, and you will immediately end the exercise. At the end of each CD I will instruct you to emerge from the meditation or regression exercise. At that point you will emerge from this peaceful state or you can decide to drift into sleep. The choice is yours. There is no danger in getting “stuck”. That does not happen.
If you are in psychotherapy or if you have a history of emotional problems, if you are experiencing seizures, or if you have any neurological or neurorespiratory disease, you might want to consult your physician or therapist and use the CDs under his or her supervision.
I hope that you enjoy the exercises and that you find them useful in expanding your mind and your experiences.
